Before we begin services, we undertake risk and hazard assessments of the property, the surrounding areas, and any such place that services will be attended to. This is to ensure our staff, our clients, and the environment we are working in are safe for all involved.
When we initially meet clients, we undertake what is called a support assessment. This involves communication with the client and their families, to thoroughly understand their needs, physical health and abilities, and any areas that assistance is required.
